While photos are permitted throughout the set, filming or recording of videos of any kind is STRICTLY PROHIBITED by our license with PARAMOUNT.
ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchasing a ticket reserves your place in the event and prevents others from attending. We regret the inconvenience this may cause.
SALE PRICES: PRIOR SALES ARE EXCLUDED. If you have already purchased tickets, no refunds will be issued, however, you may purchase additional tickets at sale prices. Sales are subject to early termination.
Terms and Conditions FOR TOURS AND PHOTO TOURS:
Once you pick and commit to a day and time, the schedule cannot be changed. We plan staffing and slots based on booked tours. Changing your tour without advance notice would result in overbooking, additional staff costs, and inconveniencing other patrons. If you miss your selected time without advance notice, you will have to purchase another ticket for a new tour time.
If you know BEFORE your selected day and time that you will not be able to make it, please email us at startrek.tos.tour@gmail.com. We are happy to issue store credit for your purchase. Store credit can be used online towards any tour or event once you decide on an alternative date. It cannot be used at our gift store or at our location. Please watch your email for a system notification of the coupon code for your store credit. You will need that code at online checkout when you are ready to repurchase.
WE CANNOT ISSUE STORE CREDIT RETROACTIVELY. IF YOU MISS YOUR SELECTED TIME AND DO NOT NOTIFY US PRIOR, YOU WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER TICKET.

Terms and Conditions FOR EVENTS:
ALL EVENT TICKET SALES ARE FINAL, AND EVENT TICKETS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. If you cannot attend you are welcome to sell or gift your tickets to someone else. You must send us the name and email of the recipient so we can grant admission.
We cannot roll event tickets over to other events.
We cannot give store credit for event tickets.
Our events are multi-day. You may have activities on more than one day. Schedules are flexible and variable. Plan on attending all days to ensure you can experience all your tickets have to offer.
Like many other events, we do not publish the schedule until just prior to the event to accommodate the work schedules and flights of our celebrities. Your event general admission is good for all the days of the event, however, please be aware that most activities only happen once. Please be sure to double-check the schedule once it is posted so you know when all of your activities happen. Always refresh the page to get the latest version.
We do not mail or email event schedules. It will be posted on our website. Please note that the schedule is subject to change, and we encourage you to check back for updates.

Seating, reservations, and/or time slots for panels, autographs, photo opportunities, special events, show features, and performances are subject to availability and may require an additional fee.
The Event’s operating hours, schedules, guests, and speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
Photos are processed and printed on site. Photos can be picked up in the autograph room. Please allow up to two hours for processing. Please let the Photo Team know if you cannot pick up your photos at the event. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE PHOTOS WILL BE READY IN TIME FOR AUTOGRAPH SESSIONS.
You should create an online account at checkout if you plan to come back later and purchase additional tickets for the same event. This enables the system to verify that you have met the prerequisite event general admission.
We do not mail autographs. You must be present to get your autograph.
We do not mail printed photographs. You must pick up your photo at the event. Digital copies can be emailed for a fee.
