Please note:

You must have purchased (or have in your cart) either a General Admission Ticket or a Package that includes a General Admission in order to purchase add-on items. You should create an online account at checkout if you plan to come back later and purchase additional items. This enables the system to verify you meet the prerequisite above. Ticket holders should expect a 3-day event, September 18, 19, and 20. Photographs and autographs will PROBABLY NOT occur on the same day as your tour/chat/event. Regular tours are fit into the schedule where possible. Regular tours during special events are first come, first served. Just look at the schedule for tour times and join the line. The schedule will LIKELY change! Be flexible! The schedule will be posted on our website about a month before our event. Please watch for it so you know what day and times your desired activities take place.

We do not mail or email tickets. Just give your name at check-in, and we will issue your wristbands and tickets.
